The fourth generation Alfa Spiders primary mechanical upgrade was the Bosch monotronic fuel injection with an electric fan introduced in 1990. The handsome cosmetic changes did not appear in the United States until the 1991 model. The external changes included larger rear lights, monochromatic colored bumpers without the front and rear spoilers. This is one of the finest examples of a classic Alfa Romeo.
