This exclusive car is not only one of the most wanted Ferraris
worldwide as well was this 250 GT Berlinetta Lusso
owned by the world famous conductor Herbert von Karajan(original Papers at hand).
In 1962 Ferrari introduced the 250 GT Lusso (italian for „Luxury“). Designed by Pini-Farina, this car was produced
until 1964 and only 350 cars left the Ferrari factory.
Battista Pinifarina himself drove one of these unique cars. Only a small handpicked crowd had the honour of beeing able to purchase this car when it was released. Mr. Steve McQueen has been another owner of the 250 GT Berlinetta
Lusso, his car was auctioned in the year 2007 and sold for 2,3 Million $.
In the year 1985 the car was totally restored by the Modena
based specialist Brandoli and is still in an outstanding condition and looks like brand new.
The combination of the silver exteriour apperance and the exclusive red leather interiour makes this car even more of an eyecatcher. As well has to be mentioned that all parts of this car are original.
