2.1    Scheduled Services
PrivatAir proposes ACMI (aircraft, crew, maintenance and insurance) programmes for airline operations and fully inclusive programmes for corporate use.

In 2001, PrivatAir pioneered the all-business-class concept. Today we work with some of the world’s leading airlines, offering them a unique, flexible long-haul solution, enabling them to match capacity to demand in both all-premium and multi-class configurations.

Using extended range narrow-body aircraft, operated on behalf of airlines, typically within an ACMI contract, we provide a low-risk, cost-effective way for airlines to:

- Develop new routes prior to the potential introduction of wide-body services
- Defend existing routes during an economic downturn using unique capacity aircraft
- Add further frequencies outside existing waves between major traffic hubs
- Serve the lucrative high-yield premium sector on ‘thin routes’ where there is insufficient demand to support a wide-body operation
- Link secondary airports close to major city centres that may be unable to accommodate wide-body aircraft
-  Open up new markets within the framework of open sky agreements

PrivatAir applies technological advances in order to significantly extend the range of conventional narrow-body aircraft, while handling questionable niche aircraft residual value, long lead times and complicated crew productivity challenges.

The introduction of a long-haul narrow-body aircraft into a network in this manner does not require the airline to support any additional staff or associated management costs. There is sufficient flexibility to adapt to changes in mar¬ket demand. Product branding can be fully integrated into the service and airlines are spared the hassle of micro-management. This is the real key to success for a special¬ist operation of this type.

2.2    Business Aviation

2.2.1    Aircraft Management
Under PrivatAir’s aircraft management programme, owners are assured that every detail of aircraft operation is addressed and controlled. PrivatAir is dedicated to providing corporate aircraft management programmes that are individually tailored to the needs of each client, where safety of operations, high standards of service and cost effectiveness take top priority. The company’s rigorous maintenance standards and flight crew training are regarded as some of the best in the corporate aviation industry.

2.2.2    Aircraft Charter
Aircraft Charter offers on–demand charter every day of the year to a wide range of clients with specialised needs including royalty, heads of state, public officials, celebrities from the arts, sports and entertainment industries, captains of industry and private aircraft owners.

One of the main advantages of private air travel is the effortless flexibility it allows. With a two-hour response time, PrivatAir can provide its clients with an aircraft that matches all trip criteria. The company has experience in operating the full range of business jet types from the Cessna Citation and Bombardier Learjets to heavy Gulfstream and Dassault Falcon jets, to bizliners like BBJ, BBJ2, Boeing 757 and Boeing 767.

Comfort is what differentiates a merely positive jet travel experience from a truly superlative one. And this is how we ensure that our clients keep coming back — a level of luxury and well-being that is truly rare in private aviation. Step on board your PrivatAir flight, and you will be welcomed by a friendly and accommodating crew, because we specifically recruit professionals who are familiar with the high demands required at these finest levels of service.

The company’s Aircraft Charter division actively seeks new clients while providing charter to customers who come to rely on our experienced and professional service.

PrivatAir Charter Sales has the ability and the expertise to source any type of aircraft, anywhere and anytime, tailored to the customer’s varying needs for every individual journey.

2.2.3    Aircraft Sales
PrivatAir offers sales and acquisition services. For owners, we market their aircraft for resale. For clients seeking to purchase, we help identify an aircraft to meet their transportation needs. The company’s aircraft sales team provides market research, aircraft sourcing and comparative aircraft evaluations, professional and thorough aircraft inspection, marketing and advertising services, as well as support through negotiations and closing.

2.2.4    PrivatJetFuel / Fuel Management
PrivatJetFuel is a global fuel sales and marketing programme. It utilizes a proprietary fuel management system that automates the entire process of fuel purchasing and payments for business aviation. By evaluating the wholesale jet fuel market in real time, the system eliminates time-consuming manual searches – it immediately identifies the lowest prices from all fuel options. PrivatJetFuel’s clients will always receive the most up-to-date fuel quotes, ensuring the most accurate fuel pricing possible.

PrivatJetFuel passes on significant savings in fuel charges and credit card fees, thus allowing us to deliver the lowest possible prices to the end-users.

PrivatJetFuel is dedicated to providing fuel to its customers at over 2000 locations worldwide. We choose fuelling agents and FBO partners who are among the top in their field in terms of safety and quality.

2.2.5    Ground Services
Ground services are currently managed through PrivatPort, a PrivatAir / Swissport joint venture in Geneva. At the facilities in Geneva, PrivatAir customers avoid crowded main terminals and maximise their time before flying.

Ensuring a smooth travel experience for passengers means taking care of more than the flight itself.  From the moment passengers arrive at the airport to when they board the aircraft for departure, passengers are treated to a first class, seamless service.  This includes assistance with luggage, availability of refreshments or business services in the private lounge and smooth customs and immigration clearance. The service also includes, when necessary, adapting or reorganising flight slots to cause minimum delays to the passengers’ journey.

PrivatPort has the capacity to handle all types of aircraft and meet the demands of all kinds of clients – from the businessman who is also a pilot, to a company moving its top executives between offices.

2.3    PrivatTraining

Training has always played a key role in PrivatAir’s success. For more than three decades, we have been training our crews to meet and exceed the highest standards of safety, security and service in the industry. We use our own specialist in-house training department, as well as external experts.

Changes in regulations due to take place for private jet operations in Europe will mean that every operator will be required to provide mandatory and regular training for all crew, regardless of the aircraft types they own or manage.

Using our extensive expertise and working alongside all the relevant authorities, our PrivatTraining division offers tailored programmes that will help other private jet operators fulfill their regulatory obligations. In addition, we provide a range of other bespoke courses to meet operators’ individual flight crew training requirements.
