Williams-Rolls, Inc., FJ44-1A turbofan engines rated at 1,900 lbs. (static thrust) each are located on each side of the rear fuselage in easily accessible nacelles. A continuous loop fire detection system monitors the nacelle area to detect and warn if a fire occurs. A twoshot fire extinguishing system is supplied. Hydromechanically-actuated thrust attenuators are provided for ground thrust suppression.
