Mauro Lecchi, renowned Italian designer, creates an aquatic creature that transmits all the sensations that are normally perceived while watching and driving the most famous Italian supercar:

The exterior styling is heavily contaminated by stretched lines, which recall the vents that run along the sides of ypercars, although in this case they are turned into big windows, which make the sporting spirit of the yacht instantly recognizable, even from a distance, and at the same time contribute to a more "liveble" and familiar internal environment by creating greatsurfacelighting.

The internal layout is clearly of sporting inspiration, made by Fenice Milano designers, and offers endless possibilities for customization through the use of precious materials and sophisticated hi-tech equipment in full compliance with the unique tradition and craftsmanship of “Made in Italy”.

The propulsion unit is assigned to double units of large performance capacity and contained consumption, thanks to the lightness of the structure obtained by an evolved construction system, which makes extensive use of advanced materials from the aerospace industry. This system is RI.NA.(Italian Shipping Register Air Force) certified. The millwork is made in wood fiber, Kevlar / carbon, for the reduction of weight, which combines high performance and low power consumption.

The cockpit offers a pair of external decks at stern, a double sofa bed, a bar and Entertainment Center, large windows and sky light filtering windows. The guide is lifted up and in central position, the access to the cozy and protected room on the forward deck is guaranteed by a step to the side of the driving position through an opening in the large windshield. The interior layout includes a complete environment for the owner, with a bathroom and a separate shower in addition to a guest bedroom with bathroom on the bow.

Introduction

Quasar: a compact region in the center of a massive galaxy, among the most luminous, powerful, and energetic objects known in the universe.

What makes this 6 deck yacht stand out is the overall exterior design: a pretty unique concept made out of a single point of view: consistency and fluidity.

This design deviates from the regular standards or clich and breaks the classic concept of building by decks, creating a homogeneous stern to bow passage without any interruption; the idea of an open walk around with an easy alternate of wide and long steps, moving from one deck to the other above while walking aft to bow, is really unique in the modern yacht design. Decks are blended and reproduced one on top of each other following the inboard walk-around, creating a highly functional layout and a breathtaking exterior profile.

Careful attention has been taken to create a brilliant micro-cosmos for the owner: designed on 2 levels, the Owners Suite, located on the Main Deck, is connected to the Owners Lounge on the Upper Deck through a private stairway for a total 245 square meters. The traditional Pilot House windshield becomes now an outstanding private sighting location through which the owner can overlook the outside.

A huge elliptical pool, welcome all the guests on the Main deck, along with a bright and spacious Main Salon and Dining Room. Another guest boarding is through a folding starboard side balcony located at the Lower Deck where the large theater media room is provided.

Virtually every surface throughout the decks illustrates De Basto's signature harmonious design, resulting in an entirely sinuous and bright space; each and every stateroom provides large windows and ensures a high level of natural light. From the engine room, a watertight door gives access to the huge tender garage which has large lift-up doors on either side. The space planning provides total separation between crew and guests, even separated elevators for the guests and crew from the Lower deck to the bridge deck. She comes fully equipped with all sorts of amenities, including a red and white wine store and of course a gym/spa.

Quasar 88 comes with 2 wing stations on the Bridge Deck along with the Wheel House at the same deck and a HVAC rooms located at every deck, all below 3000 Gross Tonnes.

A touch-and-go helipad is the last great plus in this contemporary mega yacht which has the luxury to offer a Fly bridge as well despite all the overall proportions: almost hidden around the mast, the sixth deck is just an incredible addition to enjoy the scenario.

The Naval Architecture was completed by MondoMarine and SYDAC while the exterior styling was the job of Mr. Cor D. Rover and interior design by Frederique Mechiche and Luca Dini.

One of the main features of this particular design that commands attention is the main mast. On profile, the black and grey mast is vertically oriented and arranged with a three-tier design. The lowest tier really acts as the radar arch, spanning the width of the Sun-Deck. Atop rests SAT-COM domes as well as the second tier which holds the first radar. The third tier holds the second radar and respective navigation lights and antennae.

The Sun-Deck is uncluttered and spacious, affording a true relaxing outdoor experience. The aft section of this deck can be created into a space for sun lounge chairs. The fore of the sun-deck is as spacious with an abundance of seating in the form of a circularly styled sun-pad region around apool with a flow jet for swimming against the current.

On the Bridge-Deck, three distinct spaces abound. The aft exterior deck has seating for socialising with guests and friends. Inside the saloon/sky lounge, there is entertaining space with a range of seating and entertainment systems. Forward are the Captains quarters and bridge.

The Main-Deck is divided into three sections, another outdoor aft area, main saloon and master stateroom. The aft outdoor can be used for similar entertainment purposes. The main saloon is set on relaxation and entertainment with comfortable minimal seating and a centrally oriented entertainment system. There is also aninternal 4 person lift.

Forward to the main saloon area is the master stateroom. The master is fitted with a large king size bed centrally placed on the forward bulkhead with comfortable sitting areas, entertainment system and on-suite master bathroom.

The Lower-Deck consists offour sections, the main tender garage in the aft, the engine room and theguest and the crew accommodations.

The guest accommodation located on the lower deck, consists of a 3, 4 or 5 cabin layout depending on your requirements and can be performed by the crew very quickly.

There is crew accommodation for up to 10 in 5 double cabins.

Streamline cruises at a speed of 14 knots with maximum speeds of 16 knots. 2 X MTU12v4000M71engines will push the 470 ton yacht to the desired speeds. Additionally, if an ocean crossing range is needed she can rack up 4,000 NM at 12 knots.

The aft deck has a large teak table with 8 wicker chairs and a fixed bench seat which is one of the nicest features of Lady Candy Too. Walking forward on starboard side are 2 airplane style entrance doors, one going into the dining area and a crew door going into the galley keeping owners area which is completely private. The cap rail has a varnish finish with a stainless handrail mounted for safety. There is a stairway to the fly bridge aft deck from port main deck side. The bow has 2 large jet skis and crane, plus seating and massive sun bathing area. Also, a lot of storage for deck supplies.

Walking on Lady Candy Too from the stern, you can either enter via the passeralle which retracts from the port side stairway or up either staircase. There is a very large tender carrying a 18ft diesel jet tender, interestingly another sister ship chose to have a Lotus car stored there.

He has worked with prestigious architects such as Philippe Briand with commissions built as far away as New Zealand.For “Project Sunset” Sunrise Yachts and Franck have chosen a contemporary traditional raised-panel French oak interior to be highlighted with raw silk fabrics and leather. It is still time to tint the wood to any colour and to create an interior décor to the owner’s specification.All the systems engineering, including 3-D engine room and piping throughout the boat, is provided by Valentijn Design of Holland, who has worked with the most prestigious shipyards of Holland, Europe and the world. Electrical and PLC/monitoring engineering is by Schneider-Telemecanique industrial specialist Actys of France who have developed a rugged and trustworthy fully classified power management and monitoring system for a dozen large yachts. Local classification coordination and production engineering is assumed by the competent team of Karatas Yacht Design of Tuzla/Istanbul, who have fifteen years of local knowledge.

The Sunrise 46m concept is of a long-range displacement yacht capable of accommodating up to eleven guests in high-level comfort. The choice of engines and tank capacity was made to achieve trans-Pacific distances or a summer of coastal cruising without refuelling. Being conceived by a veteran yacht owner, veteran designers, engineers and captains, the vessel has large service and storage areas, such as a bilge deck with vast walk-in freezers and fridges as well as dry storage, a professional stainless steel kitchen fit for a gourmet restaurant.

The engine room, insulated with the latest anti-drumming and ceramic technologies, has an air conditioned control room and a separate double-insulated generator room.

ACCOMMODATION

OWNER Owners' stateroom is located on the main deck forward with panoramic windows port and starboard with tinted glass and privacy screens. Accessing the bedroom through the office and seating area, the hedroom is a generous 2.4m throughout and occupies some 16m sq. The double bed is approx 1.7 by 2.0m sq. A walk in changing area with a floor area of 1.5m sq is off the main area. The twin identical his & hers bathrooms have 3m sq each and share a double shower of some 1.2m sq.

GUESTS Full width VIP stateroom forward on lower deck with double bed, 1.65 by 2m sq to starboard. Headroom is 2m throughout. The main area occupies some 20m sq with seating area to port. The walk in changing area has a floor space of some 3m sq and leads into the bathroom of some 7m sq. It has his and hers sinks, separate shower, a Jacuzzi bath, bidet and toilet.

Two twin bedded guest staterooms and two double bedded guest staterooms, each with full en suite facilities.

The Main Aft Deck boasts a full width built-in stern settee with two tables and eight chairs for casual breakfast or lunch. Forward is a sofa facing aft with occasional tables and two armchairs. This area can be air-conditioned or heated. A wet bar is situated port forward with a white onyx bar top, sub-zero refrigerator/ice-maker, sink and extra storage. The front of the bar is upholstered in outdoor leather in a tufted pattern. Above the bar is a 46 inch outdoor SunBrite TV with Kaleidescape and Crestron remote control. An iPod docking station is also located here. Unique custom stainless steel railings with wooden cap rails surround the exterior of the deck as well as the spiral staircase to the upper decks.

The swim platform is accessed by port and starboard stairways and doubles as a beach/lounge area. The hydraulic passerelle is on the starboard side. Tenders and toys are stationed at the ready on the stern.

The dramatic full-width main foyer offers access port and starboard. The flooring is pure white onyx. Custom built-in cabinets run the length of the foyer on either side and are also topped in pure white onyx. Vintage color photography of Marilyn Monroe graces the foyer (elsewhere all photography is black & white).

Entering the Main Salon from the Main Aft Deck is a wet bar to port with a pure white onyx top, a sub-zero refrigerator/ice-maker, sink, extra storage,custom underneath lighting and 4 barstools upholstered in metallic finished leather.

Forward are two facing sofas upholstered in silk velvet with satin accent pillows and two antique Poltrona chairs in creamy colored leather. There are two additional Art Deco upholstered chairs in grey velvet. The floor-to-ceiling island credenza conceals a pop-up Runco 50 inch wide vision TV with Kaleidescape, surround sound and Crestron remote control.

The wool carpeting is bordered by pure white onyx. The Roman shades and the room-defining drapery on either side of the island credenza, separating the Main Salon from the Dining Salon, are made from the same softly striped sheer fabric.

Forward of the island credenza is the macassar ebony wood formal dining table with seating for twelve guests. The dining overhead is palladium leafing and the dining pendants are palladium leafed.

The powder room is forward of the dining salon on starboard side in foyer with flooring of pure white onyx and bordered in black Portoro marble. The gleaming walls are covered in golden mother of pearl tiles. The overheads have mother of pearl palladium leafing.

MASTER STUDY

Enter the full width Master Suite via double doors leading into the Study furnished with a desk to starboard with leather trim and drawers with silver pulls and pearl centers. The Study offers the passing view from three large rectangular shaped portholes. To the side of the desk is 26 inch Samsung TV. To port, is a sofa upholstered in silk camelhair velvet and silver-studded trim. The wall panels are leather-wrapped.

MASTER LOUNGE

Forward of the Study is the lounge area to starboard separated from the King bed by an island credenza. The sofa is upholstered in velvet with an end table on either side. Two facing armchairs, a metallic pearl colored leather ottoman and a coffee table are in front of the sofa. Three large portholes are behind the sofa with electric blinds and Roman shades. Beside the credenza is a large desk with chair. The credenza conceals a 50 inch Runco pop up TV with surround sound, Kaleidescape with Crestron control and an iPod docking station. The TV swivels 360 degrees.

MASTER SUITE

Positioned athwart to port opposite the lounge is the King bed with a nightstand on either side, each with a lamp. The striking custom upholstered walls in silvery sateen fabric are finished in a diamond-tufted pattern in the Art Deco style. The remote controlled headboard reveals three large portholes for natural light with electric blinds and Roman shades. The bedding is silk charmeuse and the carpeting is a silk and wool blend. His and Hers walk-in closets are located full width on the forward bulkhead; Hers contains the emergency escape. A refrigerator positioned centerline in front of the closets is cleverly concealed in the built-in dresser and has six drawers below.

HERS BATHROOM

The sizable Hers bathroom is located to port with calacutta marble floor, counter top, large shower and oversize Jacuzzi. The walls are tiled in white mother of pearl. Built-in cabinets provide plenty of storage and there is a large mirror over the sink. The bathroom has three large portholes above the Jacuzzi with Roman shades. A bidet is next to the toilet.

HIS BATHROOM

His bathroom is located to starboard of the Hers bathroom with light crystal onyx flooring, counter top and shower walls. The walls are tiled in white mother of pearl. With built-in cabinets and a large mirror over the sink.

Each stateroom is equipped with a 40 inch Samsung TV, SAT receiver, Kaleidescape, Crestron remote control and an iPod docking station as well as electric blinds and Roman shades.

VIP KING SUITE AFT, 2nd Master Suite

On the lower deck aft is the full width VIP King Suite, which serves as the second Master Suite. The headboard and base of the King bed are covered in black flax velvet. On either side of the bed is an onyx-topped nightstand with lamp and drawers with silver pulls. There are two oval portholes above the bed.

The fabrics are done in a rich honey color pallet with Art Deco-inspired patterns on the walls and accent pillows. A desk with a light crystal onyx top, leather trim and storage drawers with stainless steel pulls is located on the forward bulkhead. Opposite the bed on the aft bulkhead is a double closet and built-in loveseat. The suite is equipped with a 40 inch Samsung TV, SAT receiver, Kaleidescape, Crestron remote control and an iPod docking station as well as electric blinds and Roman shades.

The VIP bath to starboard has a light crystal onyx floor and counter tops with double sink, shower and Jacuzzi with two oval portholes above. Two enclosed toilets (one with bidet).

VIP KING SUITE FORWARD, Port Forward

This stateroom is convertible as a third full width Master Suite when used in combination with the Twin Stateroom to starboard noted below. The staterooms have identical fabrics. Embroidered sheer fabric on the oval portholes coordinates with the accent pillow.

The King bed is to with black velvet headboard and a nightstand with a lamp on either side. There are two oval portholes above the bed. On the forward bulkhead is a closet and a desk with silver pulls with white onyx top complete. A silver-studded leather upholstered chair sits at the desk.

The bathroom features Italian white onyx floor, counter top with double sink and shower.

GUEST KING STATEROOM, Starboard Aft

This stateroom is furnished with a King bed with a bamboo velvet headboard and a nightstand with a lamp on either side. There are two oval portholes above the bed. A dresser with silver pulls and a desk is located on the portside wall. A sofa is situated on the forward wall next to the closet.

The bathroom features light crystal onyx floor, counter top with double sink and shower.

GUEST KING STATEROOM, Port Aft

This stateroom is furnished with a king bed with velvet headboard and a nightstand on either side with a lamp. There are two oval portholes above the bed. On the starboard wall is a dresser with silver pulls and a desk.

The bathroom features dark brown antique stone floor, counter top with double sink and shower.

TWIN GUEST STATEROOM, starboard forward

This stateroom is furnished with Twin beds in an L-shaped layout as well as one Pullman berth. There is a nightstand with white onyx tops on either end with lamps. The headboard is black velvet. There is a closet at the entrance to the bathroom, with a desk and chair opposite.

The bathroom features a Calcutta Luccicoso stone floor, counter top and bath tub/shower.

Aft to port in the Skylounge is the wet bar made of ebony macassar with ebony cherry trim. The floor behind the bar is honed white onyx as is the bar top. The six bar stools are finished in charcoal gray embossed leather. The bar houses a sub-zero refrigerator/ice-maker, sink, and extra storage. A 26 inch Samsung TV with Kaleidescape and Crestron remote control is mounted on the wall behind the bar.

To starboard is a game table with charcoal gray embossed leather top that seats six and an additional occasional table forward that seats two with lounge chairs upholstered in silk velvet. Two antique Valerio chairs upholstered in an Art Deco inspired pattern fabric face a large custom U-shaped sofa upholstered in textural cotton velvet. Electric blinds and Roman shades on the large windows offer privacy. Draperies of a fine striped fringe sheer with blackout lining enclose the sliding glass aft doors.

The forward bulkhead holds the entertainment system including a 70-inch Sony Bravia XPR TV with surround sound, Kaleidescape, and Crestron remote control. The Skylounge is equipped with an iPod docking station.

The Skylounge powder room is starboard with white onyx floors, marble bowl sink, and large mirror with stainless frame. The powder room walls are wrapped in leather. Opposite is a wine cellar, which holds 220 bottles.

The Skylounge Aft Deck features a large rectangular table made of macassar ebony wood with seating for twelve guests with Calcutta marble serving counter tops port and starboard. Unique custom stainless steel railings with wooden cap rails surround the exterior of the decks. Enjoy pre dinner cocktails on the stern with full width built-in seating with occasional tables.

The Skylounge Aft Deck can be air-conditioned or heated over the dining table for added comfort.

This deck has a 46 inch outdoor SunBrite TV with Kaleidescape and Crestron remote control. An iPod can be played in the Skylounge and piped out to the Skylounge Aft Deck.

Forward centerline is the large oval Jacuzzi with a marble surround. The huge sunbed on three sides provides an extensive area for sunbathing and lounging and includes four small removable marble drink tables. The entire Jacuzzi/sunbed area is shielded by a smoked plexiglass windscreen, which also adds privacy. This area can be protected from sudden showers or readied for cruising with a custom removable cover. Two generous sofas are built-in port and starboard aft of the Jacuzzi.

Under the arch to port is a large wet bar with Calcutta marble counter top and four barstools with a sub-zero refrigerator/ice-maker, sink and extra storage. Above the bar is a 46 inch outdoor SunBrite TV with Kaleidescape and Crestron remote control. Aft of the bar is a Lynx stainless steel gas grill. Under the hardtop to starboard is a casual conversation area with freestanding sofa, two chairs and occasional tables. Brightly colored accent pillows are in abundance providing a dazzling flair of color.

Starboard aft of the central seating area is the air-conditioned generator room and a powder room which has an exterior showerhead above the door.

Six teak sunning beds can be arranged on the wide aft deck area when the tenders are in the water. The chocks are removed and the davit is turned horizontal to the stern out of the way to clear the entire aft deck.

Access to the Bridge is on both port and starboard. The Captains Cabin is located port aft and furnished with a queen bed with black leather headboard, toilet and shower finished in Diano Reale stone. The cabin also features a desk and 32 inch Samsung TV, SAT receiver, Kaleidescape and Crestron remote control. Mozambique is used for the walls and built-ins.

PILOT HOUSE

Forward is a split guest observation banquette with seating for six in charcoal leather. The three helm chairs are also upholstered in charcoal leather and have stainless steel footrests. Visibility is excellent due to the large windows. The instrumentation console with state-of-the-art electronics and navigation equipment is finished in black leather with a black granite counter top. Black leather also covers the ceiling panels.

Behind the observation banquette are 2 computer stations for the 1st Officer and Bosun separated by a built-in cabinet with a granite counter top and ample storage below. Starboard aft is the GMDSS radio room.

Forward of the Pilothouse is the Portuguese Bridge with two facing settees each with a marble topped table. Four Sea-Doo waverunners are housed on the bow with a davit.

The wood finish throughout the interior is primarily macassar ebony with ebony cherry trim. The carpeting is 100% wool throughout the guest areas. Sheer draperies and light fabrics in neutral lush velvets and silks enhance the subtle yet glamorous ambiance on all levels.

All free-standing furniture has been constructed with exterior finishes, fabrics and leather. All built -in sideboards and dining tables have high gloss marine grade finish. Trinity Yachts custom designed the stainless steel railing with wooden cap rails with intricate curves on the spiral staircase to all decksas well astwo-toned exterior paint job and thirty eight underwater lights for spectacular night viewing. The custom white caulking on all exterior decks adds to the open, contemporary outdoor lifestyle.

Aft Deck

The modern Galley features statuary marble with cabinetry in shaded Mozambique wood with ebony cherry trim. Forward in the galley just aft of the chefs area is the counter top with three bar stools. The Galley is equipped with the latest appliances includes two Miele ovens, two Miele cooktops, Vulcan Salamander broiler, Kitchen Aid microwave, Delfield refrigerator, Cospolich walk-in freezer, sub-zero icemaker, two Miele dishwashers, coffee maker, ample counter space and storage, trash compactor and a dumbwaiter from the main to bridge decks.

The Crew Quarters area is forward of the guest accommodations on the lower deck and accessed through a staircase from the galley or walk-around decks. Crew accommodations allow for twelve (12) crew in six (6) cabins with the Captain adjoining the bridge and the Engineers cabin located aft of the engine room.

Going down into the Crew Quarters portside is the laundry room with a single sink and three (3) Miele stacked washer and dryers. As you exit the laundry room and continue heading starboard into the Crew Quarters you enter the crew lounge area with U-shaped seating with two built-in tables for dining as well as two additional chairs on the end of each table for additional seating. The crew lounge area is equipped with a Whirlpool Microwave Oven, a full size sub-zero refrigerator, sink, and a 32 inch Samsung TV.

Continuing forward are four crew cabins-each with upper and lower berths that sleep two crew per cabin. Each cabin has closets with shelves and an ensuite bathroom and shower. Crew Quarters provide direct access to guest staterooms and a private crew stairway leads to the galley and the pilothouse level.

Scorpion 100 G2 Work, is an open 10m Rib that can be adjusted to customer needs. It can find applications as diving boat, rescue boat or can be transformed for military operations.

Scorpion 100 G2 Work shares the same hull with Seafarer 110 which is based on the legendary, world record holder, Scorpion 10m Sportcruiser hull.

Standard fuel tank is 600lt, but can be adjusted up to 1.200lt ( all tanks fitted under deck ), for long term operations. It is estimated that with cruising speeds of approximate 30 to 35 knots it has an average range of more than 600 nautical miles!

GENERAL

Main Deck: The combined bar and dining area makes for a more open, social space. There is no usual bulkhead to separate the dining and salon areas. Classic support columns were added in place of this, as well as a reinforced outboard structure and overhead deck span to compensate for the bulkhead support.

Pilothouse Deck: Consists mainly of the massive alfresco dining deck, still has enough room for a large entertainment salon with bar, gaming table and entertainment centre. A marble floored foyer with a day head is located adjacent to the captain's accommodations. The aft deck on the pilothouse level is a generous 27' long and can accommodate 10 diners in comfort. Moving down a level, the main cockpit deck is 18' long and has another dining area for 10 and has air-conditioning. Two staircases lead to the 11' sunbathing platform onboard.

Deck Spaces: There are 3 external dining areas on ZOOM ZOOM ZOOM, along with the interior dining room on the main deck that comfortably seats 10. The enormous 14' swim platform is equipped with sockets for two giant sun umbrellas, and provides the ideal location for waterside dining, as well as tender landing.

Sun Deck: Many features, including a bar with icemaker, refrigerator, sink and seating for 4, located beneath the radar arch. Opposite the bar, on the port side, is a BBQ and storage area located aft of a L-shaped settee for 10 that faces the Jacuzzi, which is situated at the forward end of the sundeck.

Aft Boat Deck: Houses a crane to deploy the large tender and the waverunners.

Bridge deck: The sky lounge is full beam and provides a bar that is easily accessible from the outdoor dining and entertainment areas.

OWNER

Master Stateroom: The full beam, split level master suite on ZOOM ZOOM ZOOM is an Evan Marshall signature feature, with forward facing vertical windows allowing for panoramic views, and more than 9' of headroom, which was created by reducing the depth of the Portuguese walkway above. The ceiling is appointed in cream leather with wooden trimmed coffers and gold leaf backdrop.

There is a seating area and luxuriously designed withensuite his and hers bathrooms, featuring a marble Jacuzzi tub for her, equipped with gold and glass Lalique taps and large marble shower/steam bath for him. The two levels of windows within the suite provide an abundance of natural lighting, which when coupled with the high ceilings, makes for a light and airy environment.

Entering through the starboard marble foyer, with gold-leafed ceilings, double doors lead through a hallway with cedar walk in closets to either side, to an owner's office with starboard views through the vertical windows, and the entrance to the "his" Spanish marron emperador brown and beige marble en-suite bathroom.

In the bedroom area, there is a 42" retractable plasma screen TV, and there is another identical TV in the living area, swinging out from a cherry wood wall unit to allow for angled viewing from the portside settee. The entrance to "her" Guatemalan green and black verde marble bathroom is located to port, next to the settee. The master stateroom is equipped with a wall unit with Crestron WI-FI touch screen and a remote control, via which the window treatments, mood lighting, entertainment and air-conditioning can be adjusted according to individual requirements.

Guest Staterooms: The guest suites, below and amidships, include 2 VIP rooms with centerline facing king size beds, one slightly smaller cabin with centerline facing queen size bed and one twin bed suite. All guest suites have en-suite marble bathrooms. Mr. Bukavec has developed styling lines, space plan and interior arrangement to make Soraya stand uniquely alone in concept. When one scrutinizes this design carefully, one will notice that there is no gear on deck to clutter the lines. All cranes, tenders, water toys, fenders and other deck gear are stored inside specially designed garages in the hull and superstructure. Forward on the bow is a cleverly designed helipad which sweeps beyond the sheer line of the forward bulwarks to port and starboard. This heliport, which can be hydraulically raised or retracted into the deck, is a valuable addition to the modern yacht for passenger transportation and emergency use.It is designed for Eurocopter ec 120 and ec 135 max. Landing platform diameter is 6,5 m. Aft of the helipad is a well-placed and stored rescue tender. When stowed, the tender and its crane are hidden from view under the hydraulically operated hatch.

Never before has a yachts interior received more study for each detail to improve the yachting experience.

MAIN DECK:

Entering the aft main deck, there is a spacious welcoming area outside the salon. This area has seating for twelve guests with a comfortable al fresco dining arrangement and a full service bar which is finished to reveal the beautiful craftsmanship ofSorayacraftsmen.

Going forward through the large, polished stainless steel automatic double doors there is access to the main salon with a lounge area arranged asymmetrically to allow people to walk along the starboard side. This provides a comfortable social setting to port and it is most suitable for viewing of the large flat screen television. The curtains can be raised or lowered automatically and in unison to control the amount of light or privacy desired. The dcor is best described as highly refined elegance with subtle textures and finishes.

The dining room is located at the forward portion of the main salon with discreet service access from the galley to port. The large, formal table is in symmetry with the space with seating arranged for up to twelve guests. To starboard and forward is the grand foyer entrance with a generous broad staircase leading below to the guest quarters on the lower deck and up to the pilothouse and sky lounge on the bridge deck.

To port and forward of the dining room is the butlers pantry which leads to the large professional galley with a walk-in cold room. The galley at the forward end has a dual stair trunk with direct access to the crew quarters and to the pilothouse. The galley has been arranged with the guidance of professional chefs to augment culinary activity to five star restaurant quality. The appliances chosen are all of professional and commercial quality.

Forward and to starboard of the foyer is the day head and passing through the door way one enters the Owners Office outboard then, through another door, is private access to Owners Quarters.

The full-beam Owners Suite has a king-sized bed facing aft toward a flat screen plasma television on the bulkhead. The suite is fitted with a large walk-in wardrobe and a palatial ensuite bathroom. Outboard to port and starboard are huge vista windows tinted for privacy. An L-shaped sofa with a coffee table to starboard and a large vanity desk to port complete the layout.

LOWER DECK:

From the foyer, on the main deck, the central stairs give access to two large and generous VIP Cabins to port and starboard featuring queen-sized beds, comfortable settees and huge ensuite bathrooms. Further aft are two smaller guest cabins with twin beds and ensuite head with shower. Dividing the aft guest quarters from the forward guest quarters is theWINELautomatic watertight door.

Forward of the guest quarters and through a storage room is direct access to the crew quarters for the linen service of the guest cabins. The crew quarters include a crew mess with dinette seating for nine, crew galley and four crew cabins with upper and lower bunks also with separate ensuite head and shower.

UPPER DECK:

From the aft deck forward is a full beam upper salon sky lounge including an entertainment area to starboard with a large flat screen television and game tables on the port side. All seating can be arranged toward viewing the retractable television for a large theater gathering. A full-service bar facing aft is fitted with a dumb waiter for service from galley to complete the layout.

Aft, the outside aft deck provides al fresco dining for twelve at a round table as well as a comfortable and generous sitting area aft overlooking the view astern. Forward is a stairwell leading to the main deck as well as the captains cabin and pilothouse which are strategically located ensuring total control of the vessel management. Proceeding forward on the starboard side from the sky lounge is a day head after which one enters the pilot house.

Outboard is the navigation station, arranged forward under the ship bridge vertical windows, which features an integratedDMPhelm console, and twoRECARROhelm seats facing forward with a bench sofa aft for viewing comfort. There is direct access port and starboard to the wing stations.

THE SUN DECK:

Via the aft upper deck is access to the sun deck which provides four different areas: Starting aft is the sun bathing area with four large chaise lounges; a bar fitted with appropriate appliances and stools; large face-to-face built-in settees comfortably accommodating sixteen guests plus two forward facing couches; and finally the Jacuzzi for six.

The professional galley is fully custom built from stainless steel. It has been designed by professionals to provide full functionality to serve a large quantity of meals. All appliances from a professional range are included.

Audio Video Entertainment equipment isSCENIOfromBISelectronic Germany is part ofSICCS, and allows the owner to select what he/she wants to watch on television with many possibilities.SCENIOallows users to select HD movies or music recorded on the server, local television programming, party mode with a disc jockey on board, navigation and ship information from the bridge, weather on the internet, deck CCTV cameras, underwater camera and guest announcements from the captain.

Next to each television is a room setup box in which is connected to the television and radio. It also features a high definition DVD player and connection to an IPOD and USB port. The user can select television programs or music via a local remote controller andI PHONEover the WI FI network on the yacht.

Selected television sets are the latest Samsung LED HD. All televisions are installed in the wall and cabinets.

In the lower deck saloon and upper deck saloon there are 55 inchSAMSUNGLED 3D televisions installed on retractable supports in wall cabinets. The owners stateroom has a 46 inch LED 3D 9000 series. The VIP staterooms have 40 inch 6500 series HD LEDs. Guest staterooms have 37 inch televisions.

There is a 46 watertight outdoor television on the main deck wall next to the staircase which provides comfortable on-deck entertainment. On the sun deck connection point there is a portable television set

The owner, main, and upper saloon has a full surround sound 6-channel system bySONANCEaudio. Speakers are installed in the ceiling and the sub woofer in the wall cover.

ADDITIONAL SICC FUNCTIONS:

SICCSis a fully programmable environment control with minimum hardware. All functions of the system are easily upgradeable from the network. When new demands arrive, the programmer in the office will update the system on the yacht without any physical presence. The system status is always current. No hardware change is required for any future updates.

CCTV Closed Circuittelevision cameras are positioned over the ships engine room, underwater and on mast (night vision). Monitoring of these cameras is possible from every television on board and from any computer connected to the internet.

MOVEMENT INTRUSION SENSORSare positioned throughout the yacht in all rooms and corridors providing information about movement and with automatic control of light switches as needed. There is an automatic air conditioning control as needed (off when there is no occupant) and an intrusion alarm which can be sent anywhere by email.

CISCO IP Phonewith a video camera attached and color touch display is used for IP phone telephone conversation worldwide, intercom communication, captain announcements and alarms and for programming individual rooms for lights, blinds, room temperature. Pre-programmed schedules can be created and activated by phone, movement sensor,I PHONEor wall switch. In the normal mode weather or ships position can be displayed on the phone display.

ROOM CONTROLLERSare part of theSICCSsystem are the custom-built Room Controllers positioned in each room. Room Controllers are used for dimming of LED illumination, blinds adjustment and to collect status of movement sensors and wall switches. All of this data is encoded into the IP communication protocol and will communicate with the main server computer with dedicated Soraya software to provide all requested functions.

ON SHORE MONITORINGprovides charter companies or owners the ability to monitor all on-board systems from a computer in the home office. Technical support by equipment and machinery manufacturers can monitor functions from their home office and detect potential system issues. The Marlena began as a 132 LOA sportfishing yacht built by Trinity Yachts of New Orleans, Louisiana. She was custom built for an avid fisherman of Long Island, NY and went into service in 1999. At the time of her launch, she was the largest sportfishing yacht in the world. In November of 2003 she was purchased by a new owner and relocated to Spain for an extensive refit and extension. This refit converted the vessel to a luxury sport yacht with an overall length of 144 (44M).

The Marlena is powered by 2 Paxman VP185 engines from England rated at 3,500 horsepower each. This gives the Marlena a comfortable cruising speed of 23 knots and a top speed of 26 knots. She carries 9,800 gallons of fuel and burns approximately 275 gph at cruising speed. This gives her a range of about 800 NM including reserve fuel for an additional 100 NM at a cruising speed of 23 knots. For long deliveries, a hull speed of 12 knots on a single engine will extend her range to about 1400 NM.

For electrical power she is equipped with 2 Northern Lights 55 KW 208/115 VAC 60 Hz, 3 phase generator sets. Each is capable of handling the entire yachts electrical needs independently. Her bow thruster is electric and requires the full power of one generator while the other maintains house power. The vessel is equipped with a ASEA 75kva power converter capable of inputting shore power from 170 520 VAC, 40 70 Hz, 3 phase 200 amps max. The outlets throughout the yacht are 115 VAC 60 Hz.

Fresh water capacity is 2400 gallons and is supplied either through shore facilities or by two reverse osmosis watermaker producing over 2500 gallons per day.

The Marlenas tender is a 5.85M Ribcraft built for diving. It is launched starboard side only via the MarQuipt davit. Additionally, one Yamaha and one SeaDoo jet skis are carried forward.

Additional equipment includes a cockpit refrigerated fish box supplied with crushed ice by their own on board icemaker, aft underwater lights, built in swim platform, and a lighted glass-paned aquarium in the transom.

Though serious sport fishing is her heritage, the interior is yacht quality throughout. The lower decks consist of the master stateroom amidships with 4 guest cabins forward. The crew quarters are aft of the engine room with berths for 6 plus captains cabin. On the main deck are an aft outer settee overlooking the cockpit, the main saloon, a formal dining saloon, and the galley/crew mess. The pilothouse deck consists of the main helm station and associated equipment, port and starboard helm stations, sky lounge, and aft outer al fresco dining area, and large Jacuzzi with sun beds. Above this is the Flybridge deck consisting of fore and aft facing helm stations with forward and aft settee areas. Forward of the main helm station is a large sun pad lounge.
