Description
This 36 mm steel watch was made in Switzerland by Vetta, a company with documented ties to the Ferrari factory. The tan face has two subdials and the case back is inscribed 'FERRARI' with the Mille Miglia logo and '1955'. It is a manual winding timepiece with a Valjoux 22 movement. This watch was given to a Ferrari driver who ranked at the 1955 Mille Miglia, most probably to either the 3rd place Maglioli 118 LM, 6th place Sighinolfi 750 Monza or maybe even the 15th place 250 Monza.
