Yak Rack

Yak Rack is a classic 44' DeFever sundeck motoryacht with efficient Perkins main engines, the privacy, comfort and living space of a full beam aft master stateroom, huge, open and airy salon, lower helm, huge sundeck enclosed with Eisenglass and large flybridge with Bimini and Eisenglass enclosure. There have been numerous upgrades, including new shafts and cutlass bearings and fuel tank cleaningin 2011, when the bottom was last painted. The bottom was also peeled and barrier coated by Osprey Marina in 2004. Yak Rack's sellers are too busy to use her like they prefer, so she is being offered for sale and is ready to cruise with her new owner.

Entering the salon from the sundeck through the full height companionway, you will find the master stateroom aft, galley port aft in the salon, cabinet withrefrigerator and freezerto starboard, lower helm and side deck access door further forward on starboard, L-shaped seating and side deck access door to port and the guest stateroom forward. The engine room access is through a door in the guest stateroom aft.

The 44' DeFever offers a full beam aft master stateroom with ensuite head and a guest stateroom with v-berth bunks and ensuite head forward.

The large salon offers under counter refrigeration starboard aft, lower helm starboard forward, built-in seating with table to port and the galley port aft. There are side deck access doors on both sides forward, teak parquet sole and large side windows and windshield for loads of natural light.

The galley is located port aft in the salon and offers new countertops and a pass-thru window to the aftdeck and an opening side window for plenty of natural light and ventilation.

Dining is offered at the large L-shaped seating and dining table in the salon.

The lower helm is located starboard forward in the salon and offers a side deck access door.

The full beam master stateroom is located aft for maximum privacy and offers an ensuite head, queen size centerline berth, 6 portlights and 2 transom hatches for loads of natural ight and ventilation, hanging lockers, walk-in closet with combo washer/dryer, storage drawers and Teak parquet sole.

The guest stateroom is forward and offers a v-berth, ensuite head, 4 portlights and an overhead deck hatch for plenty of natural light and ventilation, reading lights and Teak parquet sole. The matress coverswere replaced in 2011

The flybridge offers a Bimini, Eisenglass enclosure, Radar arch, full console forward, benchseats forward and aft on each side, Pompanette helm seat, storage under the console and seatsand non-skid decks. There is a canvas cover for the console and forward seating.

The large sundeck offersa non-skid deck, hard top with Eisenglass enclosure, aft door to swimplatform ladder, same level side deck access and fresh water washdown.
