A great example of the ever-popular Maiora 27 model, she was built in 2005 but not delivered and registered until 2007. She is in excellent technical and cosmetic condition, the owner having made considerable investments before the season: decks were recaulked, interior wood was refinished, shafts and props were balanced, paint was redone where necessary, exhaust risers were replaced in addition to normal pre-season servicing of engines and generators. She is also MCA certified and has completed her 5-year survey last May. With the optional 2 crew cabin she can accommodate up to 4 crew members and therefore also has a strong charter potential. Her interior is finished in a very trendy bamboo where current fabrics give her a traditional feel but relatively small investment in soft goods could easily give her a more modern feel. Finally, her owner wants to achieve a quick sale and is therefore ready to negotiate.
