Description
1991 Riva 32 FERRARI SPECIAL RIVA 32 Ferrari Special, one of only 40 ever built. With her signature carbon fiber foil above the helm, "Symbol" is an exceptionally well maintained example of this luxuriously appointed sport boat. Riva, the high end Italian boat builder collaborated with Ferrari Engineering to design a 32ft high performance boat.
This Riva has twin 400hp gas BPM Volano inboard engines with a top speed of about 60mph. Meticulously cared for...this Ferrari has been stored indoors since purchased new and has only been launched on alternating years with the owner's Riva St. Tropez. Survey recently completed and passed with flying colors.
The Ferrari design team collaborated with the Riva engineers and designers to produce a sleek, fast, luxurious speedboat that conveyed its famous family lineage.
Specification
The pilot and forward passenger seats are a wrap-around bolster type with bottoms that fold down to allow use while standing or sitting.
Each front seat has a fold out molded fiberglass drink tray.
With a 2 shelf locker on each of the cockpit, there is plenty of storage for nautical gear.
Aft of the driving station is a bench seat which can seat up to three people comfortably.
The 400 HP V8 BPM Volano engines are located under a large hatch in the sun deck and are in fantastic condition according to the survey, ready to propel the boat to a full speed of 54 knots.
As with all Rivas, only the best machinery is used; BPM motors, Borg Warner transmissions, Rolla props, and Riva/VDO instrumentation.
Aft of the engine compartment is a lazarette area for additional stowage.
A hydraulically operated swim ladder, mounted in the transom, reveals a fresh water shower hose when open.
A cuddy cabin located below decks has ample berthing for 2 people, overhead hatch, concealed marine toilet, and many stowage spaces.
